Acquiring Skills – Both Practical and Personal

Having gained hands-on experience as an undergraduate is impressive to employers and makes your resume more competitive after graduation. More importantly, international internships & co-ops provide students with professional and personal growth experiences by forcing them to adjust and adapt to a new cultural environment. You will return home as a global citizen, with a fresh perspective of the world, new knowledge and skills, and plenty of incredible stories to share.

Benefits of Living in and Learning From Nature

Internship OpportunitiesDuring your internship, you will enjoy the magnificence of nature and its diverse wildlife. In this wilderness you will be isolated from the busy pulse of normal civilization, and you will see more horses than cars. Whether it is the fresh mountain air, horseback riding, or simply being in nature, there are many aspects of the unique wilderness environment that interns quickly fall in love with.

You will be challenged, but your efforts will be rewarded as you gain greater confidence and strength with every obstacle you overcome. This is one of the few learning environments that empowers you to define new goals and interests, while becoming more confident and discovering your purpose in life. If you are ready to work in a healthy environment with all the benefits a wilderness internship offers, we encourage you to apply for an internship/co-op by starting the application process.

People From All Around the World

Interns of all ages, backgrounds and cultures work at wilderness guest ranches. You will enjoy living abroad in the peaceful wilds, while having many unique experiences with other interns from across the globe. The hospitality tourism industry offers many learning opportunities and benefits to its interns. An internship  is one of the most efficient ways of gaining the skills you need to succeed in today’s workforce. You will learn through hands-on training, taking responsibility from the first day.

Commitment Is Key

Interns who commit to stays of at least 2 months are able to make the most of the diverse opportunities found in a wilderness environment. However, a 2 month stay is not always  mandatory. For more information about the application-process click here.
